What Are You Grateful For?

by Lauri

Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the United States. I’ve spent the past several years posting something I’m grateful for to Facebook every day in November. While I have posted some this year, I’ve chosen not to post every single day. I’m choosing instead to be deeply present in the moment with the people and experiences that I’m grateful for. I’d like to share some of them with you …

I’m grateful for laughter and love.
I’m grateful for my work in the world.
I’m grateful for fresh air.
(Something we normally take for granted in the SF Bay Area
that has been scarce at times over the past few years.)

I’m grateful for my healthy, strong body.
I’m grateful for my empathy.
I’m grateful for my friends and family.
I’m grateful that I found my soulmate and that we know how to stay.

I’m grateful for the mystery.
I’m grateful that I’m learning to embrace the mystery more and more.
I’m grateful for the clarity when things come into focus.

I’m grateful for my hope in the midst of chaotic times.
I’m grateful for synchronicity.
I’m grateful for all of the people and experiences that touch me, challenge me, and help me grow.

Thank you for being you and sharing your heart and your gifts with the world. I am grateful for you.

What are you grateful for?

Happy Thanksgiving!

With passion & love,
Lauri
