I am confident that you will find immense value in the Voice Matters offerings. I also want you to be both mindful of and thrilled with your decision to move forward in finding, trusting and sharing your authentic voice as a Leader in the world.
Audio Downloads and the Voice Matters Home Study Program:
For these programs I offer “some questions asked” refunds within 30 days of purchase. I believe wholeheartedly in the Vocal Presence Path and these programs and that if you do the work, you will walk away with a ton of value. SO refunds are not out of the question, but I will ask how much of the work you completed before giving any refunds.
To be eligible for a refund for the Home Study Program, we require your completed homework from all available lessons. This means you must take action in this program. We know that if you take action and do the Home Study work, you’ll get results and grow your voice in the world. Some of the homework in the Home Study program involves taking action in your life. We may ask for a phone consultation or email to understand your experience of the life-home-work before issuing a refund. If you do the work and don’t get value, we’ll happily refund 100% of your money.
Courageous Leader, Power 2.0, Compelling Speaker, Workshops, Retreats, and any other live or “blended” courses
We do not offer refunds for these programs. This is largely because people’s Soul Suckers tend to come out in force with this kind of work and attempt to derail people from the process of transformation and growth. Transformation often elicits some form of resistance. These programs are designed for individuals who are committed to staying through challenges for themselves and for the sake of their own growth while bringing their authentic voice into the world. In addition, for each of these programs, the process is similar to purchasing a seat on an airplane. Once the airplane takes off, no one else can have that seat.
We do this because we’re looking for serious and committed students only. We take our learning environment seriously and maintain a very high standard of sacred space, respect and inspired, action-oriented, transformational learning.
** Under certain life-changing or emergency circumstances it may be possible to transfer your purchase – either transferring it to another person or crediting your purchase toward another program or workshop. Transfers will involve a transfer fee and will require a phone consultation.
